You have the option to rent a cabin or an RV at the Ichetucknee Family Campground. It's located in Fort White, Florida and has all the amenities you could need.
You have two options for camping: the tent or the primitive camping area. If you are camping in an RV, you can take advantage of the sewage disposal station. You can also rent rafts for paddling the Ichetucknee River. It is also possible to rent a group campsite. A large and peaceful campsite is available for those who choose to do this. The campsite also offers a volleyball net, a basketball hoop, picnic tables and a basketball court.
The campground is within walking distance of the Ichetucknee State Park. Here you can go tubing, boating, and more. Clear, clear water runs along the six-mile-long river. It is a wonderful source of freshwater for swimming. Outdoor grills are available for those who don't feel comfortable going on the river. A kayak or canoe can be rented.

The campground is open year-round. Fireworks can be enjoyed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. You can find a small grocery store right at the front. You can find everything here, including cigarettes as well as scuba gear. You can rent tubes at the general store.
While the campground is a wonderful place to stay, there are a few things you need to remember. First, ensure you understand the rules. It is important to be aware of the restrictions if you are planning on traveling in an RV. It is a fine sand road. If you are wet your feet you may find yourself walking on loose sand. This could cause problems for your RV. You must make sure your dogs are allowed to bark in designated areas.
Another common complaint about the bathrooms is their inadequacy. They are located next to the main building and not very convenient. There are not many restrooms, so it is possible to go in a group and not have access to them as often as you want. You will also need to look for alternative accommodations if you are looking for Wifi at the campground.
You can also check out Smoakhouse Ranch, which has been serving the Ichetucknee area since 1994. The ranch is located on 50 acres. A $99.95 fee gets you hiking, fishing, and even a hot meal. The ranch also features farm animals. You can also rent fully-equipped cabins.

If you're planning on visiting the Ichetucknee River, you'll need to pay an entry fee. You will need to pay $10 if you are not camping. You can also rent kayaks, canoes and tubes. If you're coming for the weekend, you can reserve one of the 750 spots along the north side of the river. There is a shuttle service if you need it.
