Exped makes a good line of sleeping mattresses. They are known for their backpacking and camping tents. Some are heavier and others are thinner, but all of them offer excellent insulation and are comfortable to sleep on.
AMOK PADDLE FOR SLEEPING
Amok is a lightweight, compact sleeping pad. It only weighs 17.4 oz. It is a medium rectangle and measures 10.5 x 5 inches packed and 72 x 20.5" x 3" inflated. It's covered with 20D ripstop material that is both thin and durable.
ENSOLITE SLEEPING PADDLE
Ensolite by Exped is a lightweight pad with excellent insulation. It also offers comfort. The pad's Texpedloft insulation is 60 g/m2 foam welded to air chambers, so that it does not move around. It is very comfortable and quiet.
ULIGHT SLEEVING MATS
Exped Synmat UL - another great ultralight sleeping pad. This pad offers amazing comfort and insulation, while being only a little bit heavier than other pads. Synmat's UL pad is insulated using a synthetic insulation which mimics down's warmth, but weighs less and retains its loft longer. The Synmat UL is incredibly quiet as well and has soft fabric on the outside.
STATICV LUXE SEATS PAD
Klymit’s Static V Luxe mat is a classic product that was introduced to the camping industry over ten-years ago. It remains a popular item today. The Static Luxe features deep chambers to either side of the mat and a system in a V shape running through the middle. It feels more like a mattress than a mat for those who sleep sideways.
ETHER LIGHT XT EXTREME INSULATED AIR SLEEPING MATS
Ether Light XT Extreme insulated sleeping mat provides excellent insulation for cold weather. Thermolite lofts in the pad and gives it a R value of 6.2. Women's versions also have Thermolite added for a R value of 6.3.
This airmat is ideal for cold camping or winter. It's much warmer than the majority of air mats available. It is thicker and heavier than many of its competitors. However, it's easy to inflate using the Schnozzel pump bags that are included. The pump bag can be inflated by your hands or arms, rather than using your lungs.
Alps MASTER SLEEPING Z MATS
The Alps Master Z is a large and comfortable foam mat that's a great choice for car camping or basecamp where weight and pack size aren't the primary concerns. The mat is 3 inches thick with a reflective platin coating. It helps to reflect body heat and reduce convective heat losses. It is covered with a durable 30/40d nylon material that has a soft feel. With the Schnozzel air pump bag included, it's very easy to blow up and can fit in any backpack.
